This walking route starts at the Rieutort falls car park near the Laparan pond in the commune of Aston in the Ariège department. This itinerary follows a loop that initially follows the course of the Rieutort as far as the Col de la Didorte. It then passes over the Col de Beilh before reaching the Fontargente ponds.
